The Appliance

RefTech have developed a system that will make running an event easy.

The event can be run from a single "Event Reference Appliance" hub that is connected to the internet and from this you can manage:

• Online registration
• Data import
• Synchronisation to the online registration system
• Badge production for a single badge station event or a multi-badge station event
• Report generation
• Event marketing

Customers can use their own laptops and badge printers or rent them from RefTech. The system offers complete flexibility, so for day one, normally the busiest day, the organiser can have six badge stations and then four stations on the less busy days.

License activation to enable our specialist badging software is done online. Once the event is finished the appliance is shipped back to RefTech and through Event Reference you are able to access and create reports and analyse data.
