There are many circumstances under which appointments make life easier: networking at exhibitions, ride and drive programmes for car launches, ‘consult the experts’ sessions at conferences
Our system is designed to make the process easier by:
- Creating a website that participants can use to locate the person they want to meet or the resource they want to use
- Enabling participants to request a meeting or a booking of a resource
- Checking the availability of the person or the resource, inserting the appointment into the diaries created by the system for the participant and the person or the resource
Participants can print off their own diaries and diary printing stations can be provided at the event.
If the diary is used for a car launch the organiser of each ride and drive event can print diaries for each of the cars. Limits can be placed on the number of appointments each participant can make.
As the overall organiser, you have access to an extensive suite of reports to help you to make sure the event is as productive as possible.
