Attractions

When a major attraction is to be installed for a few weeks or months, it is important that the ticketing systems can be demounted, moved and re-installed at the new location quickly and easily. Our systems are designed to enable this facility. Even so, they include all of the main features of our permanent installations:

  • ‘Plug and play’ feature means the system is easy to install at each location.
  • Ticket, retail and food services sales can be managed through a single system.
  • A test database for training which typically takes less than half an hour for a till operator and only a couple of hours for a manager.
  • A range of measures designed to minimise the risk of fraud which can be tailored to the needs of a specific location.
  • Centralised reporting so that operators running more than one system in different geographical locations can see reports for all systems through one centralised online suite of reports.
  • Fast ticket sales to minimise queues with the ability to configure the system to print only one ticket per ticket type for a group, regardless of the number of individual tickets bought for the group.
  • An online sales module.
  • Bulk printing enables onsite pre-printing of promotional tickets or tickets for group bookings.
  • The ability to handle multiple currencies and multiple languages.
  • The ability to allocate a float to an individual cashier.
  • Cashier login through either swiping a magnetic stripe card or entering a unique ID number.
  • By default a cashier can only login at one sales point but the manager can over-ride to allow logins at multiple sales points.
  • Industry-standard, touch-screen point of sale units with connected cash drawer and ticket printer.
  • Can be integrated with credit card payments system.
  • Can include a unique barcode on every ticket which can be scanned at locations determined by the operator.
  • If scanning is in use, this can be deployed to prevent multiple use of individual tickets.
  • Individual cashing up of cashiers’ floats.
  • Retail and food services modules capable of handling hundreds of individual lines.
  • Full suite of manager’s reports.
  • Sales and revenue reports viewable remotely by authorised personnel.
