Membership Systems

Many venues and events offer discounts to members of organisations: the problem is often one of making sure the cashier knows whether the membership has lapsed and provides the right level of discount.

Our systems cope with this situation by:

• Enabling a one-time download of a membership database OR
• Providing a live connection to the live membership database.
• Members show their membership card.
• Cashiers can check this against the database (using a magstripe reader if appropriate).
• The system allows the appropriate discount to members in good standing.
• If a member has already had whatever discounts are allowed, the system will not allow any more.
• If the membership has lapsed, the member can be offered the chance to renew on the spot.
• Membership renewal can be processed through the system.
• The system includes all of the regular features of our ticketing system.
