RefTech can provide electronic message board systems that can either stand alone or link into a venue’s existing network of plasma displays. The system enables you to:
- Record the name and company name of the message recipient
- Mark it for display
- Once the delegate has collected a message, mark the message as delivered
If the message is active, the intended recipient’s name will be displayed on the plasma screens. They come to your information desk to be given the full text of the message.
The system maintains a record of the dates and times that messages were displayed and delivered.
In addition to the messages, the system can show information such as:
- Starting times of the next seminars
- Sponsors branding
- What’s on
- Announcements
This can all be tailored to suit the area or location of the message boards
