Reporting

EventReference is the online tool from RefTech which enables an organiser to see individual attendees' records and to generate reports relating to their event.

Each organiser can have logins for as many individuals as they want. When they login they can see all of the events that they have within EventReference. Within each event they can search for any individual who has registered and tailor reports to their needs. The report generator enables an organiser to:

• Choose to show attended, not attended or all registrants
• Report attendance by day, by badge type or by demographic criteria
• Select the data to be included in the report
• Choose the criteria to be used to select registrants to be included
• Categorise reports for and split reports by category into separate tabs
• Show totals instead of a list of registrants

Reports can be viewed online or downloaded as a spreadsheet and saved to a local computer for further analysis.

EventReference is one of the most powerful back office tools available and, as organisers' needs develop, the features included in EventReference will be increased.
