Timed Sessions
An increasing number of operators need the ability to define the number of tickets that can be sold at sessions throughout each trading day. For example, a temporary Christmas ice rink is likely to have maximum limits set for health and safety reasons. Our systems provide the ability to set and monitor these limits.
The systems include:
- Start and end times of each session can be set independently.
- Number limits can be set for each session.
- Reserved booking system to cut the number of tickets on sale to allow for a sponsor’s VIP guests or prize winners.
- Ticket, retail and food services sales managed through a single system.
- Test database for training which typically takes less than half an hour for a till operator and only a couple of hours for a manager.
- Anti-fraud measures which can be tailored to the needs of a specific location.
- Centralised reporting so that operators running more than one system in different geographical locations can see reports for all systems through one centralised online suite of reports.
- Fast ticket sales to minimise queues with the ability to configure the system to print only one ticket per ticket type for a group, regardless of the number of individual tickets bought for the group.
- Online sales module.
- Bulk printing of promotional tickets or tickets for group bookings.
- Multiple currencies and multiple languages.
- Float allocation to an individual cashier.
- Cashier login through either swiping a magnetic stripe card or entering a unique ID number.
- Cashier login limited to one sales point but the manager can over-ride to allow logins at multiple sales points.
- Industry-standard, touch-screen point of sale units with connected cash drawer and ticket printer.
- Credit card payment integration.
- Barcode printing on every ticket with scanning at the entrance to prevent multiple use of individual tickets.
- Individual cashing up of cashiers’ floats.
- Retail and food services modules capable of handling hundreds of individual lines.
- Full suite of manager’s reports.
- Sales and revenue reports viewable remotely by authorised personnel.
