Richard runs our in house development team and working in this small friendly team, he promises to offer you variety in your job as you be using your existing programming expertise working with object-orientated PHP, MySQL, Java scripting and XHTML/CSS to help develop our products. It would be really nice if you also had any experience on C++, AJAX, Linux shell, SEO or Photoshop but it's not essential.
